Yetkisiz bahis sitelerinden bahis oynama suçunda ise idare tarafından takdir edilecek 5 bin TL ile 20 bin TL arasında değişen bir cezaya muhatap kılmaktadır. Maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (j) bendinde belirtilen örgüt mensubu suçlular arasında sayılmadığı, dolayısıyla bu suçtan mahkûm olan fail hakkında TCK’nın 58.
